So I'm a total Doctor Who virgin, but everyone keeps telling me how amazing it is. Where do I start to get the best Whovian experience? Teach me your ways!

Technically...... To get the genuine Whovian experience you should start with the very first Doctor, but they are very old and the story line is a bit longer.... But you get the entire back story! But either way! Hahaha

I agree to start with the first ones. I'm still wanting to buy all the episodes to have. My fave doctors are William Hartnell and David Tennant.

I think it’s a bit more accessible to start with the new doctors (what with it being on Netflix and all the lost episodes from the original run). The new ones modernize the story and make it easier to really dig into. If you get to the end and are hungry to see more, go back and seek out the old stuff. But be warned! It’s campy as hell, but that’s what makes it so good!
